integration a client-rendered window inside the window of a targeted application running at server

I'm try to develop a Media Redirection for VDI solution. Similar to this Spice feature. But we are doing for web video.The core idea is to move the media rendering function from server(vdi remote) to client side.

Question: Question integration a client-rendered window(see part 2 in the image) inside the window of a targeted application(see part 1 in the image) running at server?

Part 1: media rendering window, running on the client. Part 2: program main window, running on the server.

How can I integration "Part 1" in to "Part 2", so they have same z-index level on the server desktop. Client client to server by VDI protocal.
